ArchiveTech BV is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Since 2000 ArchiveTech develops art related databases using the repeatedly awarded software developed by CrossmarX BV, the Netherlands.
Originating from exhibition design and museum management the founders of ArchiveTech BV built several applications for the cultural and educational environment.
Some examples: CulturalHeritage.cc Foundation, MuseumD-System, Amsterdam Canal Festival and many private- and corporate collectors such as the Stuyvesant Collection.
Music, Cultural Heritage, Festival organization, Education, Archives and Umbrella Networks are few of the key words that apply to ArchiveTech’s field of expertise and customers. Broad experience in multimedia originated into new ways of using the Internet since its onset.
ArchiveTech develops its web prototypes with the CrossmarX ‘Application Engine’ since February 2000. The ‘Application Engine’ sustains fast development and immediate testing by all its users. On-line testing and development, co-producing with its customers, enables ArchiveTech to guarantee successful web- and stand alone applications. Failure-proof applications are the result of this development process.
